WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

As a Preparer, you will: • Prepare and submit accurate tax returns under our EFIN • Communicate professionally with clients • Collect and review required documents • Follow all compliance and due diligence procedures. You are responsible for your work, your clients, and your results.

EXPERIENCE LEVEL

We accept both beginners and experienced preparers. No experience is required, but professionalism is. If you are new, you must be willing to learn and follow instructions. If you are experienced, you must be willing to operate within structure.

WHAT YOU WILL RECEIVE

• Access to TaxSlayer software • Training and onboarding • Ongoing mentorship and support • Structured systems for intake, document collection, and workflow • Guidance throughout the tax season. You are not building this alone, but you are expected to show up and do your part.

COMPENSATION

• 70/30 split, you keep 70 percent • Paid per completed and funded return • Payments issued regularly based on production. Your income is based on your effort, consistency, and ability to bring in clients.

EXPECTATIONS

To remain active, you must: • Maintain accuracy and compliance on every return • Communicate in a timely and professional manner • Actively market and bring in your own clients • Follow all systems and processes provided • Complete a minimum of 20 returns during the season. This is not a sit and wait opportunity.
